Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. While we will do our best to assist, replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the carrier's claim process.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us because they were unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
